Like New
Like New condition items are typically open box, with no obvious signs of use.
The exterior packaging may damaged in some way making it unfit for traditional retail.
Gently Used
Gently Used condition items may have fingerprints or hairline scratches that indicate it has been handled in some way.
Similar to floor samples in traditional retail, these items are usually in very good to excellent condition.
Fair
Fair condition items are visibly used and may include scratches, marks or other blemishes.
Sometimes these items have been returned without the original packaging, but are still 100% working.
